Black preview

Hi, I have a big problem with a catalog. Some photo preview are black.

The master files are good, i can read them with OS X. So Capture One don't generate correctly previews. Some pictures was working yesterday and today don't work. Between yesterday no modification, always use CO 8.3, no OS X update, nothing.

It is a very big problem because i am equestrian photographer and I use CO to show and print pictures for my customers, all my workflow is made with CO and i can't find other solution for tomorrow.

I have try export project as new catalog, same problem. I have try create a new empty catalog and import the other CO catalog, same problem. I have a lot of metadata so i don't want recreate a empty catalog and import my pictures.

  Have you tried to regenerate those previews, that are black ?

  Yes, regeneration done and always black.
  
  I have try the catalog on my macbook retina (where the problem was appear), i have copied the catalog on my Mac Pro and same problem.
  
  I have export master files from catalog and import them in a fresh catalog and problem solved but i lose all my metadata.
  
  I have try to delete cache directory in the catalog and alway black preview

  You can export originals with adjustments and import them in a new catalog with these adjustments.

  I just hope i will not have the problem on my biggest catalog (about 50000 pictures)

  I have find the bug.
  
  It is a corruption of the catalog but only in specific situation.
  
  2 catalog are open and i insert memory card (option automatically open import window need to be activated). after import pictures is launched some preview pictures become black in both catalog. If i repair catalog CO say me all is good, it is not a structure problem, it is a problem with the datas inserted.
