Catalog Hot Folder and EIP files

Dear All,

Is that true that hot folder will not handle "eip" files? I am running a new catalog in CO12 for my portfolio, but it seems that the hot folder is not reacting to EIP files.....

Any thoughts?

  I tried this. One crash (first attempt) and one success (second attempt). I did send the crash report with details.

  I am looking into the matter and the result is very interesting.
  
  While the hot folder is enabled, I try to import the eip files in the hot folder, and it worked. However, it will then converted back to the raw file (IIQ) while the EIP file remain there. Only the IIQ files are being shown in the hot folder inside the catalog, but not the EIP files.
