Does reimporting the images transpose all the existing adjustments to the "newly" imported files?

No, re-importing of the images does not see any adjustments that had been made earlier (in Windows). Capture One does not see these as re-import, as it reports that all of the images have been imported. While normally, it would report something like "0 images imported, NN duplicates not imported".

I am using Capture one pro updated to the latest version.

    Edit:
After re-importing I "located" one of the missing images using "recent imports" list. Now I have 2 of such image, one adjusted as coming from PC (the one I had located individually) and one untouched from the re-imported batch.

I did a short test with catalog migration from Windows to Mac and from Mac to Windows. Both tests the images were imported while left in their current location (referenced images).

The Windows to Mac migration showed the same errors as Boldmila describes. I was not able to relocate the images. After relocating, the thumbnails were lost in the Browser.
The other way round, from Mac to Windows, went more smoothly, but not error free.

There most probably is an issue here.

An addition to my previous post (above):

I notified Phase One of an issue when moving catalog with referenced images between platforms (either Win > Mac or Mac > Win).

I have similar problems. I am moving all my photo files to a NAS server (Synology) from a Windows disk. I have had my catalog files on a pc (Windows). The locate function works correctly from Windows and finds all the photo files on the NAS.

When I use the same catalogfiles from mac then the locate function cannot find the photo files on the NAS.

That is because Phase One work not with UUID as Identifier to locate drive with photos.
Phase One work on Mac with the notation - /Volume/Path/To/Photos and on Windows DriveLetter:\Path\To\Photos.

The same problem is with Media Pro ☹️

    Hi Robert

    Thank you for your information.

Do you have any idea for a way to work around the issue.

I'm having the same issue. Has anyone found a fix for this?

What do you mean with fix? Do you need a manually change the path to your photos - that was. Read my post from Sa Feb 22, 2014 6:29 pm
