C1 4.1 PROBLEM

Hi, I downloaded the C1 4.1 (Mac) and first time I opened it, crashed, then after it runs but almost all text is in gray and no interface.

I am probably not doing something correctly...



(Mac OSX 10.5.2 processor 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 2 GB Ram MacPro)

  Where did you download 4.1 from? I don't see it in the download list.

  You know what, I isn't C1 4.1, but C1 4.01 sorry. The entire confusion is because I received this email today:
  
  So I assumed that if Capture Integration was stating that "It has been released" I could just go and download it... then I saw 4.0.1 and believed that it was 4.1.
  
  I began to suspect I was missing something when the "4.1" I installed did NOT work tethered with my Mamiya / P 25.
  
  This is a lesson for thinking that things are as simple as they look at first impression. I should sloooow down a bit.

  Hi guys,
  
  Sorry for any confusion caused by that newsletter. We have a beta copy of the software (working very well) and are hosting several small shows in our area to show the new Phase 645 and to demonstrate / train our guest on the software.
  
  Since the scheduled release of 4.1 DB is this week the timing was close but we actually were inviting people to come see us.
  
  Our phones are always on and we are always available to help our customers, with two full time tech support persons on staff we're glad to answer your questions, just give us a call.

  I only have one question -- and is rhetoric, meaning I make it and don't expect you or Phase to answer --: when is C1 4Pro expected to surface ?
  
  Ah, yes, one real question.
  
  In the old C1 window "Organize", (the first icon -ORGANIZE-CAPTURE-WHITE BALANCE ETC...)
  
  The function: "Show selected in finder" (the icon next to create a new folder)
  
  Where is that in C1 4?
  
  I use it all the time as part of my work flow. That and the "sessions" absence is a big force to not bother with C1 4 "light", at least at the moment for me...

  Show in Finder in CO4.x:
  Library tool tab, Folders section. Right click on folder, select Show in Finder

  Hey there,
  (this is weird, down here in the south we always call you by your first name, but I usually don't know whom I speaking to in these forums)
  
  As to your 1st question, "when...." we honestly have no official word from Phase One but I have heard over and over "end of summer". That would be a guess at best but logically looking at where they are at with DB and where they are headed I would say that could be reasonably accurate.
  
  As to your 2nd question:
  
  Highlight the folder you are interested in, then under the "File" pull down menu you will find "show in finder"
