Rotation and Scaling with Canon 10D and 5D w/ 3.73 Pro
I just installed version 3.73 Pro, and am having the following problems with the conversion of vertically-oriented (portrait) images.
- All ouput images are oriented horizontally, despite previewing correctly as vertical images
- When the output is scaled at less than 100%, the resulting images are also cropped into, and not scaled. The result is a square image that is the heart of the photo, with a black bottom to the image. Together, the square and the black bottom make up an image that is the intended size of the scaled image output.
In other words, the scaled image is the intended size, but the processing engine didn't orient it correctly, and the result is black space at the bottom of the image.
I have checked both Canon 10D and 5D images, and am having this problem with both.

...FAI ... version conflicts... Thanks for your help. A clean install did the trick. I found I had several versions layered in there going back to 3.5 LE and before, so whatever it is is gone now.
