Finding PNGs Saved with Alpha

I've been trying to fix an incompatibility problem via another thread () and just had a breakthrough.

After some [painfully time consuming] tinkering, I've discovered that C1P can't import PNG files saved with an Alpha channel. I can fix this by resaving them without an Alpha channel, but... I don't know how to locate which PNG files have an Alpha channel.

I've done some searching and can't find an answer... has anyone encountered this before?

  I have encountered problems with Capture One being unable to generate an LCC for images which have no Alpha channel ... but otherwise nothing.
  
  Why bother to find the png s with no Alpha channel - just select all PNGs, create a batch job and save them all with no Apha channel. That shouldn't affect the ones that had no Alpha channel to start with.
