search EXCLUDE some keywords, INCLUDE others

How do we do a search based on keywords, that EXCLUDES certain keywords, please?

  The Find option gives you the option to exclude or include multiple keywords:

  Thanks but I dont see the "exclude" mechanism.
  "And/or" seems the opposite of "exclude"?

  I think you can do this using "keywords contains..." plus the AND operator plus "keywords doesn't contain"...
