    Yes, some sad, slow updates from this company. ☹️

    Also, regarding your updating issue -- did you try rebuilding your thumbnails? Sometimes that is all that needs to be done for the image changes to show up. (Action > Rebuild Item)

    Media Pro is a cataloging application. It saves a preview of the state of your files at the time of import - if images are changed in Capture One or another program, you need to rebuilt that item before Media Pro can show you the new state. This function is available under /Action/Rebuilt Item in the menubar.

    If you want your images to render using Capture One adjustments, you need to set Media Pro to use the 'Phase One engine' available under /Preferences/Media Rendering.

    If you want all your thumbnails to have the same size, you need to specify that in the 'Thumbnails and Previews' option available under /Edit in the menubar.
