Re-registering

Permanently deleted user

My C drive of 40 gig was so full, I had my computer people ghost everything to a new 120 gig and reinstall it as the C drive. Capture one does not recognize my old registration with the new C drive. As I have it loaded on two of my computers, it tells me I have used up my allotments of installing.

What do I need to do?

  Go to and create a support case. This is the quickest way to get it resolved.
