Galleries

Hello -

I'm vaguely familiar with the HTML galleries that can be generated from EM2. They're nice, but not quite what I am looking for.

I would like hierarchal galleries - basically, a replication of the Organizer from EM2. So that an image can be uploaded once, but viewed in multiple ways (ie, by the keywords, by the event, or by the location). In other words, I have put so much effort into the metadata, but I don't feel as if the galleries make maximum use of it.

Let's say I have an image of Mary, on December 1, 1955, in Brooklyn, for a Birthday party. I would like my menu tree to be:
Date > 1955 > December >1
Location > USA > NY > Brooklyn
Event > Birthday Parties
Keyword > Mary

And, once I upload the image, it appears in all places. Perhaps even like EM2, with a filter so that I can say: Pictures of Mary in 1955

What would this be called so I know what I'm looking for, and do you know of any Mac-based applications (or online) that will generate the menu tree based on my IPTC data?

I think there was an application, but it was not available for Mac. Flickr and Picasa sort of do it, but I want more control over the look (like I'd get with the skins from Jalbum; they support folder hierarchy, and display the metadata, but do not 'interact' with the metadata)
