    If you have done it once, using the Advanced Color Editor, you can save these changes as an ICC profile, that automatically applies to new incoming pictures.

    Welcome to the "Capture One look". It has been a subject of complaint on here for years, and you're right - having to fix it yourself is unacceptable for a product as costly as Capture One, which makes such a lot of noise about its image quality.

    Try using (say) the D3 profile - older profiles are markedly less neon than later ones.

    did you try to use a "linear" curve ? certainly it's a matter of preference, but I always use it ...

    I've just tried using your tip of Linear Curve for D4s images and am quite impressed as using the Auto feature makes the images more 'contrasty'.

    Hmm, food for thought here, I like it, thanks. 😊

    Recently I found an article here with regard to using R,G and B Levels rather than using the RGB levels (If that makes sense?) and found it to be a real 'game changer for me as it's improved my images so much.
