C1 10 crashes with immediate shut down
Running c1 10, win7 on a HP Z800 workstation, 24 GB ram fx1800 graphics card, 6 core xeon 5670 processors.
entire computer shuts down instantly only while running the software( never with LR). could happen after a few minutes, hours or days. usually when editing an image. does not seem to occur when exporting images.
had computer "stress tested" and power supply checked, could find no issues with the hardware.
Have submitted ticket with support....no progress so far. Thoughts?

Your last support case was in December.
Last response from us in January 9th.
Since we did not hear from you in over 30days we closed the case.

I don't think that is fair, here is your case (International date format, 24h clock, CET)

We: 20-12-2016 21:29:09
and so on... we are pretty fast at responding.
