Does this do what you want:
1. In the "User Collections" section of the Library tool, click the plus-sign and select "Smart Album".
2. Give the new smart album a suitable name and click "Create".
3. In the "Search Criteria" section of the "Edit Smart Album" dialog, click the plus-sign.
4. Change the first field to "Adjusted" and leave the second field set to "is true".
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click on the smart album's entry in the User Collections section of the Library tool.
The images should then start to appear in the Browser.
Note: this was figured out from the Windows version, hopefully the Mac version works the same way.0 -

The field is called "Processed" (in the "Basic" section). And as far as I can see, it works fine.0 -
Windows version really has an 'Adjusted' selector?
I am missing that one on Mac, too.
'Processed' only shows processed files. Files that I adjusted, but not processed, are missing. Makes sense, considering the term used being 'Processed'.

Oops, sorry, you're right. 🤭0 -
I miss this as well. In Aperture I always had a workflow set up, where I just showed all non-adjusted pictures inside a project using a smart album. When I then went through the pictures one by one, the album would become smaller and smaller and pictures disappeared after I worked on them until nothing was left. 0 -
I checked and found the following (Mac version C19.03):
-select all images or image folder
-show images as a listing
and there you see a "Status" (after "Name" and before "Star Ratings") with an icon similar to the adjustment icon. If no adjustment were made to an image then this icon is missing, otherwise the adjustment icon is there (this is different to the development status "processed" which is further right and selectable as other have noticed).
Unfortunately, a sorting on this status icon seems not be possible, but at least you can see the list with the images which have no adjustments (by no adjustment icon)
pretty awkward workaround I must say....should have the adjustment criteria for sorting and selecting.
Hope I am not wrong on this. but in my catalog pretty all image have the status icon. I added a new variant (without any adjustments on it) and this one shows the image without said icon.0 -

No idea why Windows has the "Adjusted" criteria and Mac doesn't.

astonishing....I want too on Mac!!! 0 -
Oops!?!
I've got 'Height' and 'Width' instead of 'Dimensions', and no 'Adjusted'.
Phase One, please explain.
This asks for another support case.

I just submitted a feature request to provide the Smart Album Filter for Adjusted on the Mac. I recommend other also submit a feature request for this. Can't imagine this would be hard to provide. This catalog filtering feature should be platform independent.
I just submitted that feature request, too.
