File numbering while tethered.

How can I keep my origional camera file numbers while tethered to my laptop and processing with C1Pro.

  Tom,
  Short answer is you can't. You used to be able to (with the earlier Version 3's). Do a search back, it's been a recurring question for some time. A source of annoyance to many, yours truly included.
