Is anyone else having problem submitting a support case?

    I've just tried again and today it works. Do please accept (from an experienced web developer in a past life) that it didn't previously, and therefore problems must have been fixed over the last 2-3 days, or an intermittent problem exists.

    I appreciate your reply in the forums, but please pass on to everyone at PhaseOne that at some point they need to take a serious look at the website (especially in respect of support).

    It could been a temporary issue. We have a monitoring system in place which alerts any issues or down time. In most cases it is fixed with in seconds or minutes.
