CaptureOne rendering/export issues (memory)
Hi
I am running CaptureOne 10.2 on Windows 10 with i7 and 16GB RAM (Sufrace Book). When I render/export picture from NEF to JPG e.g. after some time working with C1, then the picture is saved before it has finished rendering. See this example . You see all the unfinished squares.
When I close and restart C1 all is good for some time. I don't need to reboot.
Does anybody experience the same?

Does the Surface have enough GPU power anywhere to make Hardware Acceleration (OpenCL) active?
If so, as an experiment, you could try turning it off. If that seems to work and then fails if you turn it back on it may be worth checking for a revised version of the graphics card driver if such a thing might exist. Newer usually, but sometimes older can be better.
The version and release of WIn 10 may be influential.
If you have not already created a Support Case with the C1 Support Team I would recommend to do so - they may have some prior experience to draw upon.
I would guess that closing C1 will be flushing memory cache - some problems in managing memory (by which software is not easy to guess) might perhaps result in that sort of output?
HTH.
