    Hi,

    have you already contacted the support team and created a ticket?
    That would be my first stop with licence or activation issues.

    I have, but with prior experience of any technical support, user forums are normally much more helpful/useful/quicker.
    My profile certainly worked when they accepted my payment....

    In this case, a support ticket is your best course of action. What you could do in the mean time is login to the Phase One site and look at License Management.
