    Robin,

    Try the following:

    1) Exit Capture One

    2) Delete the com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist preference file inside your HomeDirectory/Library/Preferences folder

    3) Delete the Batch Queue folder inside your HomeDirectory/Library/Application Support/Phase One folder

    4) Restart Capture One

This should reset everything back to normal (asssuming profiles etc haven't been deleted). You will need to reapply all your preferences and add your sessions back in.

    Hope this helps

    Robin,

Are you sure you are looking in the right place? Perhaps you are not looking at your HomeDirectory. If we use absolute paths, it would be:

    /Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist

    /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Phase One/Batch Queue

Go to the Processed Folder where your finished files are. Highlight (but do not open) a file. Do this by lightly clicking on a file with one click. It will turn the highlight color. Then, press AppleKey & I key together. The info box will come up. In the middle, there is a line that says \"Open With\". Go into that menu and select Adobe CS, and also click \"Change All\".

    I hope this helps.

    Robin,

You need to specify that you want the file to be loaded into Photoshop in 2 places, have you done both of these in Capture One?:

    1) Open Preferences, select Processing then Attributes. Make sure that Open processed images using.... has Selected application set to Photoshop. Close preferences

    2) Go to the Process Tool (single cog wheel). Click on your desired destination so that it is highlighted. Click on Basic. Make sure that Action: Open image after process is ticked.

    Robin,

That's odd. If you set a different programme (e.g. Preview) to display the images automatically after processing, does it work?

    Hi JSewell.

Yes it works in other programme, it is only from C1 to PS.CS there is a problem.

But i think i just have to live with it, so after i processed my images i just have to find it in the processed folder.

Thank you werry much for your help.

    Robin,

I wonder if your problem is related to this issue raised on the Adobe support forums, where you lose the ability to open images in Photoshop by drag-and-drop:

    http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx ... @.2ccf1da6

    and also:

    http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329996.html

Apparently, it's commonly caused by a file called \"Adobe Unit Types\" not being installed in your /Library/ScriptingAdditions folder. A Photoshop re-install fixes the problem.

    Best wishes
