Still no Canon M50 support
I was hoping to see Canon M50 support in the latest 11.2.1 release but it's still not there. The camera has been out for months and all other software supports it. (They also don't support the M2 or M100). Yes, I've requested it multiple times via PhaseOne's support tickets, and they even replied saying that they have gotten "lots" of requests for this one, but still they haven't done anything about it. I've subscribed to Capture One for years and bought a full license last year but I'm seriously considering moving back to Lightroom if they continue to ignore user requests.

We are actively working on supporting the camera, but I cannot give you an eta. 0 -
Yeah really want the support for Canon M50 support. Make it available ASAP. 0 -

When you've finished demanding, you might have a look at the rules - especially the one about signatures:12 Please keep signatures in the body of your posting to no more than two short lines, to ensure that the thread's content remains eminently readable. Do not include signatures that serve primarily to promote a product or service, do not include photos and do not include extended lists of the contents of your camera bag.

I see that Capture One 11.3 has just been released and still no support for the M50. I must be asking too much of PhaseOne to support a camera within a year of it's release. If they really don't want to support lower-end cameras then they should just come out and say so, rather than making empty promises to their customers while collecting subscription fees the whole time.0 -

11.3 is clearly a somewhat manufacturer focussed release and that manufacturer is not Canon.
It might well be considered inappropriate for now and for this release to include new cameras that are not from Phase or a manufacturer with which Phase has a Product Naming arrangement?
