Usul,
If you are shooting tethered, then the 350D is not supported.
Capture One PRO Version 3.7 offers Tethered support for the following Canon cameras: 1Ds Mark II, 1D Mark II, 1Ds, 1D, 20D, 10D, 300D, D60, D30
For DSLR Camera RAW files brought into Capture One, the extension must always be correct, i.e. .CR2
If you truly want to shoot tethered, you will have to use the Canon software and have the write to destination be a Session folder. Image files will be written to this location and you will have to hit the Refresh contents of current collection icon to update the images.

I press the trigger on the 350D, and then COP is downloading the raw to a destination, there the file has the extention *.unknown.
If I download them manualy, then they have the extension*.CR2.
If I shot tethered with the Canon Software, the files have the Extension *.CR2.
I just don´t understand why?
Well with this workarround it works, but somehow not the final solution.
Maybe I get another Camera
thanks for the answer
