LE 3.7.6 activation woes
I got C1 LE bundled with my camera. I installed it on windows XP, no problems, used it for a while. I recently bought a macbook and am using that as my primary machine. Naturally, it came with Leopard. Even with the install workaround I could not get the app to run off the CD so I downloaded 3.7.6 from the download archive. It crashes frequently but it's good about autosaving so I tolerate it. The problem is, now my trial has run out and I figured it would be a cinch to activate it with the code on the install disk. Not so! When I entered the code, my name and e-mail, it complains that "The provided email does not match the email in your Phase One customer profile". Granted, I think I may have accidentally created a different profile when I downloaded last time, but neither e-mail works. When I try the manual activation and enter the registration key on the website, I get an invalid key error.
I am frustrated that there is no contact phone number on the website, nor an e-mail. I tried the "contact support" link, entered all the info, and got an error that my request could not be processed at the time. Everything seems to be so broken on the website.. half the time the links don't seem to work or provide useful information.
And no, I do not want to upgrade to LE 4. I downloaded a trial of that too and it slows my machine to a crawl and is basically unusable.
Has anyone experienced this? Please help!

log on the phaseone site (if you don't know the password you can recover it) and click on your name. You will be directed to the personal profiles where you can change all the necessary information. Correct there the data and the retry with the serial.

Can you please clarify what "necessary information" i can change to make this work? What data am I supposed to correct? My name is correct. my e-mail is correct. When i go to license management nothing appears on the code pulldown. This is much harder than it should be. I have a valid code and it should just WORK. 0 -
