C1 4 refuses activation code

I always applied the same procedure, which always worked
until now on my new iMac.
I tried to install C1 4, and have this reply :
"Activation timed out".
What does that mean ???
First activation was in LE 3.7 with my Lica M8 in january.
Then I upgraded to Capture 4, and it worked since then.
Now I try to re-install LE 3.7, and the install crashes immediately
when opening the installer.

UPDATE
Deactivating key in my account solved the problem indeed.
