Using last version of C18 and can't change print paper size

I just got the Canon Pixma Pro . I'm shooting with a Fuji XE2. I want to convert their raw file (RAF) to a tif with a size that will print on an 8x10 sheet. The export dialogue box will not permit me to resize the paper from 13x19. Any help will be appreciated.
