Pictures are visible but not editable

I upload images to Capture One and they show previews but I can't edit them. Also, the loading symbol remains above the images even after minutes of waiting. If anybody can help me resolve this problem I'd appreciate it!

I'm having the same problem. Only happened once I updated to 5.2.1 and is only happening on my editing system, not my shoot computer.

Seems like P1 just likes to throw a new problem in the mix with each update.

In the Capture One menu, About, check whether you did not accidently activated into DB mode while working on DSLR (not Phase One back) images.
