How to re-name a Session?

I have created a Session with Favorites folders and all the rest, but I want to give it a new name. Is there an easy way to do this without losing what I have already created? Do I simply create a new Session with the correct name and point it to the same folder as the old one?

  You sure can create a new session and move the folders of the previous session (without the *.col50 session file) to the new location. I believe but am not sure that you can rename a current session by deleting the session file, creating a new session with proper name and point it to the same folder as the old one (as you suggested, but delete the session file first). Backup the session in advance.

  If you just want to rename the "Session" you can simply rename the .COL file.
  Back the file up first, then with Capture One quit, simple rename the "Session.col50" file. Once it's renamed you can double-click the file and Capture One will launch to the same session with a different name.
