Upgrade to V10
I bought V9 on 24. October 2016 for 279.-- Euros. Is it possible to upgrade to V10 free of charge?

There is a grace period of 1 month. All users that fall in that grace period should have had a mail already or receive one soon. 0 -
This is a very restrictive and absolutely bad upgrade policy.
I have a similar upgrade-problem (upgraded from 8 to 9 two months ago) and never used C1-9 because of lack of time.
Most other software companies have longer grace periods than 1 month.0 -
When I upgraded from V8 to V9 I was in the same boat - the grace period has just passed by ☹️ and as you can imagine I was not pleased! However, I contacted the customer service they were let's say not perfectly "generous" but gave me a good discount on the update. Maybe worth to contact the customer service.
The fun part was, I have not had the time (and desire) to start working with C1 when the upgrade became available. That changed then, because I figured if I don't start using C1 I would loose even more money 😁
Since then I am working almost exclusively with C1 and don't regret it...
