Nikon D3 RAW Files

The new D3 is not available to the public yet, but I hope to have mine in the next 2-3 weeks. I have been considering the purchase of Capture One software for my RAW workflow but I don't want to spend the money to buy it unitl I am certain an update will be coming along soon that works with the new D3 RAW files.

Any idea how long it will be until an update can be expected??

  The D3 will indeed be supported, however a timeframe is unknown at this time.
  Earliest would be Final Release of Capture One 4.0 which is in Beta II stage right now and should be available around the Holidays.
  If you purchase Capture One LE (1 upgrade) or PRO (2 upgrades) now, you will get the Upgrade for Free.

  Hi Folks,
  
  becaus i have to deal with hight data volumes and tons of pictures after each report i has done, i need a workflow tool like C1 for my RAW's.
  
  now i started to work with ViewNX and CaptureNX from Nikon and i hope there will be an D3 update for C1 soon. if i get use to the other software, it will be a questionmark behind the update to C1 4 version.... maybe dont need to go back to C1 again???
  
  its a pity that i can't work with my c1 anymore...
  
  i hope very much this update will come soon.. 😊
