Activation issue CONTINUES... **** I NEED HELP ***
I put a note in here about a problem I had yesterday with activating my Capture One software on my Desktop computer yesterday... FlemmingHandberg from Capture One responded pointing me to http://forum.phaseone.com/viewtopic.php ... activation for resolution..
This note refers me to.... The best way for you to handle this is to go to http://support.phaseone.com/
and Create a Support Case. Provide your web login for your Profile and your Product Keys. This issue must be handled internally to check all databases available.
I have tried to create a support case over a DOZEN times and it doessn't work on this link.... Everytime I click on the create support case it just gets me in my profile and there is no where to put in the required information for resolution .. I need help TODAY with this ISSUE....

Go to the web site and create a User Profile.
No, the Profile for the forum is not the same.
Once a Profile is created, Support Case can be made and Activations completed. IF you already have a Profile BE SURE that all Required information is included. These fields are clearly indicated by a RED Arrow.
