Canon 5D Mark IV and 9.3 on Yosemite

Hi!

Are there any known issues and/or a workaround for Canon 5D Mark IV and 9.3 on Yosemite. When tethered, Capture crashes after the third capture.

  what Computer? What version of Yosemite?
  Have you deleted the prefs including processing que? try creating a new user?

  Are you using a hub and/or an active usb cable?
  Do you connect to USB2 or USB3?
