windows tray
Hello,
Is there a way to put the destoyed files in the Windows tray, and not in the session or catalogue tray? I saw that for the Mac, it is the Cmd way, but with a PC - Windows 7 /64, I do not succceed doing it, even with CTRL-0.
Thanks
Lilo

Hi Lilo,
As you noticed, both the Mac and Windows version of CO7 do not use the system tray or trash can of the operating system.
A workaround for CO7/Win sessions could be that you assign the trash session folder (that is the trash folder of the session) to system tray folder. I have never tried or tested this option, but you can give it a shot.0 -

It would be preferable to have it as an option in general préférences: Windows ( system) tray or session tray. It would avoid an accidental loss of file.. 0 -
Yes, Cap1 is not very good at this. The bottom line when deleting files should surely be the Recycle Bin - and I have lost files from Trash (fortunately copies).
I have raised this in the past as a query to PO support. May I suggest that another Support Case would do no harm - the more the merrier for such a fundamental issue?
