FLIP HORIZONTAL?!
I wonder why nobody complains about the absence of a flip horizontal tool in Cone, I have been waiting anxious for 8 years now for this simplistic tool to show up in this software. I need it almost every day, we simply need it to get our jobs done.
I'm fine with keystone, spot removal and printing, just to keep Cone competetive with lightroom, but please tell me why we still can't FLIP HORIZONTAL?
put it in 6.2.1, next week or so? Deal?
Muchos gracias,

Well I can't speak for anyone else, but I can honestly say that I have never needed to horizontal flip an image once in all the years I've used Cap One. Not once.
So that's why I don't complain about it. I don't care about it.
On the basis that I'm probably not entirely alone in that; and that if I needed to, I've got more other bits of software on my machine that can horizontally flip an image than I can count - I suspect that'll be your answer.
If you've needed to do this almost every day (really?), and Cap One has never been able to do it, it suggests that you're managing fine without this capability in Cap One, which in turn suggests it's hardly a priority.
Still, the way to get Phase One interested in introducing the function is to raise a support case.0 -
I'll definitely second the need for this feature.
A (horizontal) flip comes into play when you need to change the "flow direction" of an image. Basic page layout stuff, those questioning the need would be very surprised to learn how often the effect is actually used in print and web.
Obviously, this is considered "photoshopping(TM)" and the image in question can't contain large text or other blatantly directional elements, but these aren't always an issue.

In advertising, shooting hi end with a 45+ interiors, underwater, aerial, architecture,... you'll definitely need hor flip to check imediately if the image you are shooting is in the right angle.
When doing nature or news or so, you'll definetely don't need it.

Support case with feature request? 0 -
Another vote for Flip. Whether a person uses it or not, it's nice to have the option there when it is needed. 0 -

Hopefully voters will also become requesters...0 -
I'd really like this facility too - birds or animals on the move frequently look better (to Westerners anyway) if they're moving from left to right, the way we read. C1 has Rotate Left or Right, so flipping horizontal should be an easy software addition.
Please Phase One?
