Capture One Pro 8 Price?

Hi,

I couldn't help but notice Capture 7 was $150
and Capture 8 is $300.

Is there a discount going to be offered or is
it always going to be $300?

Double the price of 7?

  $150 was a promotional price on 7.
  
  If you already own a license of 7 there is no need to pay the full price for an all new license, you can upgrade your existing license to 8 for a lesser fee.
  
  Go to http://www.phaseone.com/en/Online-Store ... sPage.aspx and click the upgrade tab on the right to see the pricing for upgrades. If you do some digging you might also find that some Phase dealers are running a discount on version 8 new licenses and upgrades.
