Where has my preview gone ?

I have C1Pro 3.7.5 trial period, on a Powerbook 1Ghz, OS X 10.3.9. I am using it to evaluate Phase One files supplied by a dealer.

My main preview window is not displaying the image - although the histogram etc act as if the image were there, when I switch from thumbnail to thumbnail.

What's the fix ?

  HI-
  Hard to say whats going on here;
  Would be really helpful if you created a support case and attached screen shots of your program open with the missing image. Need to know what kind of camera files you are using as well.

  I solved the issue by trashing the C1 prefs. Unfortunately - or fortunately - this means I cannot reproduce the problems.
