Masks from v8 shifted in v9?

Has anyone noticed their masks shifting from their original position in v8 to a new position in v9? I drew a gradient in v8 to darken the sky and erased part of the gradient that was covering a person. This gradient is shifted up and to the left.

  Looks so, all my masks are in correct position in 9.0.1
