License for Capture One PRO 4 and Expression Media 2

I am thinking of upgrading to PRO4 one reason is because I run Windows and Mac OS. If I am understanding correctly I can use the same license number on both windows and mac at the same time on the same network. How many license numbers do I get with Expression Media? One that works on both systems at the same time? ❓
