update to 3.7.6 - disaster

help,

i have just downloaded the 3.7.6 update for mac os x (i have osx 3.9).

upon installing i get several errors (checked the error log).

i cannot open capture one now, and have tried downloading the updater again - but exactly the same thing happens.

any help would be appreciated as i have a project due in the morning and am really stuck.

up till now everything has worked great - i was using 3.7.3

  hmmm tricky
  
  can you post the error log?
  
  and..
  try to repair disk permission first- ( utilities/drive utility/ repair permission or use "onyx" or "cocktail" )
  
  IF rights are repaired, esp. in the aplications folder ( I presume, that C1 is in the app-folder) try to reinstall after repairing again !
  
  LOG-FILE would be helpfull !
