ICM Profile from C1 v5 to v6

    Not that I am aware off. The colors should be the same between 5 and 6. So question is, what is happening here?

    When I open C1 v5, there are a number of error messages, that the icm-profiles of C1 v6 cannot be read.
    So there is a change in the profiles / format from v5 to v6.
    v6 ICM profiles are not understood and ignored when opening v5.

    This really worries me because I think that ICM profiles should work consistent whatever version you are using.

    Any comments here from Phase One?

    OK...... here another update

    The custom profile is working in 6.1.1 so it's an issue with 6.2.

    This is really too bad......

    A known bug?

    I really hope this bug-fix release will be out soon.

    But maybe the programmers are also struggeling with Media Pro......

    Unfortunately not.
    I still have both versions installed, 6.1.1 and 6.2.1.
    For 6.2.1, the colors of my custom ICM profile are shown incorrectly.

    Again, the problem started with 6.2.

    BTW, I have a Ricoh GXR, so the custom profile was for that camera.

    Now with the introduction of the GXR camera in 6.2, my custom profile would not be needed.
    However, I still need the profile since I used to to do my adjustment.

    What should I do now?

    I am lost here.

    I suggest you open a support case with Phase One. Hopefully they can bring it to the next level.

    Have you renamed your profile file consistent with Capture One's naming convention, that is like CO names its own profiles relating to the camera it supports?
