Not by the definition of a bug. Custom width tool columbs saved under workspace may not be a feature...but PhaseOne is very customer driven and you can submit feature requests via a support ticket. That does not mean it will appear in the next release or ever...but many features like this are user driven, so give it a shot. Others who need the feature might as well and that lends more weight to a request.

There seems to be little conversation here about this, but one never knows.

I can not copy the behavior you described in CO Pro 6.2.2. Do you use Pro or Express?

By the way, it should not be necessary to save a particular setting of your workspace in a specific CO6 Workspace. CO6 will (or at least should) revert to the latest settings when you closed the application the next time you start it. Maybe you use CO Express 6 and that this does not work that way. The workspace feature of Express is limited compared to Pro.

Paul - thank you for testing. It's Pro. On PC. W7/64. I made arrangement of windows before and after like here:

John - if I have some sort of workspace (different windows, different sizes on different positions on any of monitors) and just some of the data is saved, other not - then I call it a bug. Question was more or less if somebody did reproduce it. And if I do not resize tools then it is OK. But this is not a solution, just workarround. 😄

I noticed that the title bar of your screen capture is "UNTITLED". Could it be that has something to do with settings not being saved.
My title bar has the name of the program in it. ❓

The title is the name of the session.

After looking to your screenshot image again I now understand that we are talking about the floating tools and their width as the issue at hand here. After some experimenting I can conclude that CO 6 (6.2.2) does NOT save the floating tool width in the workspace. This appears to be a Win-only issue, as the Mac version does not exhibit this behavior.

I'll contact Phase One about this issue.

You're welcome. The issue is already acknowledged by Phase One.
