Synchronise CO9 between multiple machines

Hi all,

I'm asking to see if it's possible to sync CO between machines (templates/presets/recipes etc)

If not how do you keep your copies the same? I'm sure it's probably quite simple and I'm missing it!

Any help/suggestions would be great!
