Can the client take the RAW file and my settings?

I have a round the world starting next week and due to crushing deadlines we are sending images back to the retouchers each shoot day by FTP.

Because of image size and likely upload speed horrors, I don't want to send corrected TIFFs at 60Mb, but the smaller RAW file.

Now the agency want my colour and tone settings, as per my workflow in C1Pro, so I need to send the settings for each image with its file, or set of files, if the files are in one folder.

What's the best way to do this? Do I send the sessions file in the upper folder (I break each shoot into days, then locations, then shots so previews and rendering don't bog down as we know they do),or the Capture One folder that tends to appear randomly (to me at least) in some working folders, or will the colour settings be embedded in the file once I've worked on it and the retouchers will activate my settings again when they open in their version of C1Pro (overly hopeful I reckon!)?

  Short answer: EIP.
  
  Elaborating. You need to send over the raw file + adjustments file (cos file in Settings50 folder) as a bare minimum. You could send the entire session if you like, this gives you additional info to send if you have favorites or (smart) albums. You can leave out the Cache/Proxies folders for saving transfer time.
  
  Back to EIP: If you pack the images to EIP (File menu), the raw file is combined with the adjustments and Capture One on the receiving site (side) will see your image plus adjustments. This is best for sending the images only, but is the same if you do/do not when sending the entire session.
  
  Tip: if you send the entire session, zip the session folder with all subfolders first for easy of handling during FTP.
  Tip: rehears the entire workflow including FTP up and download (but you planned that already didn't you?)
