Preview from Web Contact Sheet not showing in Safari & Opera

I'm hoping for some help here.

This isn't anything to do with the C1Pro software as tech supp have checked.

In Firefox everything works fine

In Opera and Safari the preview image from a Web Contact Sheet doesn't show the preview, just the right sized box, all white, with all the data and nav tools but not the picture!

I've tried it on another Mac and just the same. This is what I've done so far to cure it.

reset Safari
reboot Mac
delete and re import C1Pro
run Onyx

What's most worrying is why it doesn't show on my other Mac (safari).

Has any one else suffered this, and found a cure?

  When this happens it is usually because the naming convention used in the images is not handled properly by a browser. Fo instance a "/" can cause all sorts of issues as well as any character not understood by HTML.

  Seems odd as the camera issues the file name and I've been using them for several years and hitherto had no problems.
