Can anyone tell me if you can shoot tethered to capture one? I have connected the camera but not much happening.

  For raw and tethering support for the version of Capture One you are running, you can always count on the release notes (from the help menu or download separately). Taking a shortcut, the Leica S2 is not on the list of supported camera's for tethering. Regarding raw support, CO6 does support the S2's DNG file generically, not with a profile specific to that camera (but that was not your aim anyway?).
