5.0.1 install problems

I am having these errors show up.

"The operation cannot be completed because the item (Crash Reporter) is in use. & "The operation cannot be completed because the item (Resources) is in use. Please advise.

  What Operation are you attempting when you get this error? Create a support case for some more specific troubleshooting methods to get the bottom of the error.
