Star and Color ratings not transferring from C1 to EM2

I am trying to set up my workflow and have come across a problem with setting the star and color ratings in C1 ver.5.1.2.
These do not show up in an EM2 catalog. Also the "Place in EM Catalog" function in C1 doesn't seem to be working either.
I have trashed the prefs on EM2 and reset them. I have tried multiple new catalogs.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

  if you drag the thumbs from the C1 window onto the EM2 catalog the ratings and color show?

  Yes, that works. But that is sure a time consuming way to build your catalog. Do you have any idea why this is the only way that works?

  dragging RAW´s to EM2 transfers labels and stars. But if I process JPG´s and import the JPG´s in EM", only the stars are correct. The labels are not transfered to the JPG´s. Not only in EM" but e.g. in Bridge, only the rating is seen.

  Be handy to be able to transfer the rating and tag back to C1 from EM to wouldn't it! 😉

  O.K.,
  but actually it is not foreseeable, how it works.
  The processed JPG´s only have the star-rating, not tha labels. So far, so good.
  But the behaviour with my ARW-files (Sony A700) is curious, like desribed by OneHorseStudio:
  if I drag a single or multiple ARW.files to EM, rating AND labels are transferred. But if I use Right-click, neither stars nor labels are transferred.
