Shutting Down when selecting any catalog folder
Help please.
Has anyone had Capture One 12 close down without warning when you click on any of the catalog links on the left in library.
I've tried total clean uninstall and reinstall, new catalog on external USB3 drive and internal drive. Tried adding images in part rather than all at once.
My setup currently is:
iMac 2017, (Retina, 5K, 3.5Ghz i5 - 24GB RAM)
Latest OS X all up to date.
1TB SSD/HHD . (Fusion)
2TB Seagate external USB3
Using latest release of Capture one 12 Pro
Catalog located at default location, only changed name on local drive . (Have tried external same issue)
Images located on External Drive . (Also tried another external drive, same issue)
When I import, I use the - current location.
The issue is not alway instant and I can replace (reinstate) a catalog with a backed up one that when saved was okay. But it's only a matter of mins or hour before the program shuts down without warning when selecting any of the folder/image options.
The issue has only appeared yesterday, and I did not do any updates (iMac) and Capture One is already at latest release. In fact Friday night all was okay as ever day before that, Saturday morning everything went wrong and is still wrong !!!

Also I've sent in a support ticket, nothing back as yet.

I am not 100% sure about your issue as it seems to be working the second time, to start C1. Anyway, from one of my recent issues with unexpected crashes I got this "manual restore" hint for capture one, which you may try.
