    I suspect the Model number, " V ", is a clue to what is happening.

    The RX100V is not yet supported in Capture One. We are working on it, as this is a big demand from our end-users, but there is no ETA available at this time.

    Personally I would follow Christian's advice in his post above.

    Create a Support Case to contact the Support Team and ask for their advice and mention that it was Christian's suggestion and I would think they can probably come up with something to help you until full support is released.

    To do that go to the

    Help Menu > Capture One Support

    and discover the links you need from that page.
