Software launch on image/card detect

Another question that has been on the back burner for a while.

At one time you would use "Image Capture" to set what software would launch when you mounted a memory card with images on it.

Seems to not be the case any longer (OSX 10.8.4).

I updated C1 from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4 but 7.1.3 still launches when I mount the card (or tries to at least if 7.1.4 is already running) and I can't figure out the best way to set this correctly.

I've found a work around but if anybody can tell me the (probably simple and obvious) normal way of setting this I would sure appreciate it.

  This is still controlled by Image Capture. Make sure the card is connected when you try to disable it in Image Capture.

  Sorry Jon, I don't see it.
  
  I can't find any prefs in Image Capture that would let me control what happens when an image card mounts.
  
  When I had a card open, I could control where to import the files on the hard drive OR whether to import them to iPhoto, Preview or Mail. I could select "Other" and navigate to the Applications folder but C1 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 and Lightroom5 were all grayed out and not selectable.
  
  So where do you specify the application you want in Image Capture???

  It's in the bottom left of the Image Capture screen. You need to open a list box to choose "No Application". You may have to bring up the little screen by clicking in the far left bottom corner of the image capture screen.
  
  And indeed it's only there when you have your device connected to the pc.
