    HI-
Your first step is to confirm that up that you are opening up the right file.
Making sure its the processed file. in the allocated Process folder. You can use the button in the organize tool on the bottom " show selected in finder" by highlighting the process tool- and it will show you where that process folder is on your system.

Also-You did not mention the type of camera file, but what I suggest is that you try directly opening the 16 bit tiff processed file into Photoshop prompted by Capture One.

Set your preference up in Capture One this way:
    Preferences>Processing>Attributes- choose your application

The reason why I am telling you to try this is because you will go directly into Photoshop and can see whats going on... do your edits - then Save.

if you still continue to have problems you should create a Support Case
in the Support section of our website.

    Kind regards-

Once I click Save, I get the error: Cannot save "imagename.tif" because the file is already in use or was left open.

This is an old problem and it happens when the "Processed" folder is kept open on the desktop while working in PS.
