file upload in tech support
Tech support has requested logs on my support case. When I go to browse the files to upload, every file I want to upload is greyed out, even the zipped file of all my logs. Happens in Chrome browser In Safari the upload window does not even appear.

Try updating Flash.
The tools working properly so it would be a local conflict.
Could also be Chrome... we're looking into it. In the meantime use Safari.0 -
not sure what version of flash was installed previously, but I installed the newest version, ran apple software updater, updating java and a security update, then used safari, and it worked. 0
