Changing sessions in Library gives Beach Ball of Death!

Well that sez it all.
If I double click on the session file in the session folder all is well, but thru C1's drop down ... less than cool results!

Any ideas?

  The C1 session history is linked to the prefs file in user>library>prefs> com.phaseone.captureone.LSSharedFileList.plist
  Quit C1, trash this and com.phaseone.captureone.plist (found in same directory) and restart C1.
